During the first phase of your build or unlimited updates, you can email us 24/7 every minute if you like! We strongly believe in keeping our clients “updated” with ALL of our progress within the website build. During the “building phase” you can change colors, themes, text, images, at anytime. Please don’t think you’re bothering us, cause in truth, your helping us create your site to your expectations.
This depends if you have content ready to be placed (ex: text, images etc.) Taking everything into account, it usually takes anywhere between 5-10 business days to go “live” with your site. We will start off by placing your website on a private server where only we will know the url. This is our way of keeping you “updated” with the building phase. Emails will be sent to you along with an updated progress or maintenance list. You can call us anytime with any questions you may have.
A “Maintenance or Coming Soon” page will be placed for visitors notifying them that your website will soon be “live” and allowing them to enter their email for updates and “launch” date of your new website.
If you have purchased our “Starter” package, your site will only be ready with (links, advertisements etc.) but will not have the actual Woocommerce page installed. You will need to purchase our $60.00 package to activate your eCommerce pages.

Yes. If you would like to update your products, images or information, we will be happy to train you on how to login with your own username and password.

If you already have a domain name registered, we will simply point the DNS (Domain Name Registration) to our servers. This process is called “Forwarding”. Its a little complex when you’re forwarding a domain name because along with it, one must have an SSL certificate attached to it. We will sort all this out for you at no extra cost.
